Wondering how long it will take for your ISIC card to arrive by post?

2nd Class Post (free)

Processing time for standard 2nd class postage is approximately 5 - 10 working days. Cards will ONLY be sent to UK addresses

NOTE: If your card has not arrived after 1 calendar month after application - please contact information@myisic.com. Please be aware that during this time you will still be able to access your virtual card through your smart phone or desktop please see www.isic.totum.com.

If your card has not arrived by 2nd class post (free during application) and you have contacted us at ,information@myisic.com we will offer a FREE replacement card (dependant on circumstances) but you will be asked to pay the additional £1 delivery to ensure your card is delivered by 1st class post.

If your plastic card has still not reached you after a second attempt, you will need to wait for a period of three months from date of request of your plastic card to see if your card has been returned to head office. However, during this time you will have access to your virtual card through the ISIC app. If your card still has not appeared after this waiting period, you will be given the option to purchase a new card for 50% of sale price.

Please be aware that your plastic card will only ever be delivered to the name that is entered on the application of the ISIC/IYTC/ITIC card. Delivery name cannot be changed.
